Exercise Referral SchemeThe Exercise Referral Scheme offers people who are inactive or have a health conditions the opportunity to participate in exercise such as gym sessions at Harborough Leisure Centre and a range of community venues.

Heart SmartThis is a hugely successful scheme targeting people who are either recovering from heart problems or heart surgery. Exercise sessions are provided to assist in the participant’s recovery. The University Hospitals in Leicester and limited GP practices currently only refer patients to the scheme.
